Harcourts Hall of Fame 2011

Over the past two weeks at Harcourts’ annual Conference on the Gold Coast and Rotorua, two incredibly significant individuals have been inducted into the Harcourts Hall of Fame – Stephen Dangerfield from Australia and Alison Aitken from New Zealand. 

As a joint Business Owner and Principal of Harcourts Inner West in Queensland, Stephen has worked in the real estate industry for many years and has forged a strong and loyal client base due to his focus on providing quality customer service.

Stephen was the second ever Harcourts Business Owner in Australia after myself and Irene set up operations here in 1997, and is now one of our longest standing and most respected Business Owners in Australia.

Over the years, Stephen has built a concrete reputation for himself based on honesty, integrity and getting the job done. In fact, Stephen’s reputation is so strong that just about all of his work now comes from past clients and referrals.

Having been part of the Harcourts City Christchurch team for a number of years, Alison is one of the top Sales Consultants in New Zealand, having won a great number of regional, national and international awards for her achievements over the years.

Alison’s success comes from having an intense passion for the business and a deep understanding of the industry. She prides herself on good communication, the basis of which is listening to and understanding her clients and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

With a reputation for providing quality customer service, Alison derives enormous satisfaction from the many referrals and recommendations from past clients she receives, and enjoys a very high percentage of repeat business.

I am incredibly proud of both Stephen and Alison, and it was an honour to induct them into the Harcourts Hall of Fame. They have made a huge contribution to the success of Harcourts, and their achievements, integrity, honest and positive attitude are truly inspirational. Congratulations Stephen and Alison!
