Harcourts acknowledged the successes of its top performing Sales Consultants at the Harcourts National Awards 2011/12 ceremony held at Auckland’s SKYCITY Convention Centre on Wednesday, 23rd May.

From the Top Rural Sales Consultant regional winners, the Top National Rural Sales Consultant award which went to Monarch Real Estate Hamilton Glenview’s Aaron Davey who also finished 13th for the year in the Harcourts New Zealand Top 20 Sales Consultant standings.

Mr Davey and this team are thrilled to win and attribute the win to team work.

“I have a great team around me which lets me focus on the main priority – helping my clients achieve their goals, which is what is most important.”

“The market has improved this year which is evidenced by more multiple offers than we have had in the past, so we want to keep that going,” says Mr Davey.

Elated and happy that all the hard work has paid off Mr Davy will now focus on next year.

“The focus this year [2012/2013] is to learn from last year and do things just that little bit better.”

Harcourts National Rural Manager Jim Davis says with the market being tight, commodity prices fluctuating and the ebb and flow of the economy this year’s award winners worked tirelessly to deliver advice and outstanding results for lifestyle and rural buyers and sellers locally and nationally.

“We have a team of people that I congratulate as they have not only continued and pressed on within an environment of challenge and change but have exceeded in it. As everyone knows the rural market place is a constantly changing market and for businesses and companies to survive this constant change, they need to be adaptive as well as reactive,” says Mr Davis.

Aaron also claimed the number two spot on the Top 20 Sales Consultant Awards, Top Rural Sales Consultant and Top Auction/Tender Lister for Harcourts’ Central Region.

Other winners in the Top Rural Sales Consultant category were Sue Roberts from Twiss Keir’s Belfast office in Canterbury who also claimed international number two for the group in second and Lynn Lockhart from BCRE Ltd’s Papakura Rural in third.  Both Sue and Lynn won their respective regional awards for Top Rural Sales Consultant.
