Award-winning Parnell team joins Harcourts
September 1st, 2010An award-winning Parnell-based real estate team has joined Harcourts from another international real estate group, making the move public today by rebranding their existing office.
Formerly trading under a Ray White franchise in Parnell, the team has today commenced introducing the Harcourts and NAI Harcourts brands along with Harcourts’ world-class systems and products in addition to sharing the news with their clients.

August 20th, 2010Successful Harcourts’ franchise Regent Realty Ltd has opened a new branch in Napier to ensure the Hawke’s Bay business can better service people interested in real estate in the city and surrounding areas.

Harcourts office opened in Auckland’s Greenlane
June 25th, 2010Harcourts’ franchise Strategic Real Estate Ltd has opened a new office in the Auckland suburb of Greenlane, enabling it to expand its successful property management business and add a boutique sales division.
Located at 2 Woodbine Rd, just off Great South Road, the new Harcourts Greenlane office was opened on Monday by successful Harcourts business owners Graham Peterson and Bob Stubbs, who for the past 10 years have focused solely on building an award-winning property management business.

Harcourts’ Hibiscus Coast franchise expands North
June 18th, 2010Successful Harcourts realtor Colin Hair and his new business partner have together expanded beyond the Whangaparaoa Peninsula and Hibiscus Coast, acquiring additional Harcourts franchise areas and becoming a six-office operation.
Mr Hair says the first step was the “transformation” from Colin Hair Realty Ltd to Tandem Realty Ltd, a new company he has established with Nick Langdon, a former award-winning real estate sales consultant who has spent the last two years in a senior role within the Harcourts New Zealand corporate team.
Tandem Realty Ltd then took up the opportunity of building on the success of its Whangaparaoa and Orewa offices by acquiring additional Harcourts franchise areas further North, taking over the operation of the existing Harcourts offices in Warkworth, Wellsford, Snells Beach and Mangawhai Heads as part of the deal.
