Harcourts Conference Launches in USA
Real estate group, Harcourts USA held its first ever two-day conference at the Hyatt Regency in Irvine, California earlier this month.
Nearly 300 realtors from around the USA attended the conference and were treated to exceptional keynote presentations from real estate professional and Harcourts USA partner, Rick De Luca, Chicago property specialist, Terry Watson, General Manager of Harcourts International, Gilbert Enoka, and former NBA All-Star, Mark Eaton.
Mark Eaton shared the inspiring story of how he went from being a 7’4”, 21 year old mechanic who couldn’t play basketball to having a highly successful 12-year career as an NBA All-Star with the Utah Jazz.

Tamara Suminski Joins Harcourts USA
High profile Californian real estate professional, Tamara Suminski has recently joined the Harcourts USA corporate team as Director of the Harcourts Academy alongside CEO, Aaron Hodson.
Tamara is a third generation realtor and prior to joining real estate, she was a successful hotelier, where she perfected the art of delivering exceptional customer service.
Licensed in 2005, Tamara has been dedicated to improving the real estate experience through continuous innovation and the highest standard of service.

Harcourts Celebrates 125 Years
2013 is an incredibly important year for real estate group, Harcourts as it marks the team’s 125 year anniversary.
The Harcourts brand, originally named Harcourt & Co, was established in 1888 by John Bateman Harcourt, head of one of Wellington’s first families.
Over the past 125 years, Harcourts has experienced astronomical growth, from becoming the largest and most recognised real estate brand in New Zealand to ranking amongst the top three real estate companies within Australia.
Harcourts has also expanded across the globe and now boasts operations in eight countries including Australia, New Zealand, China, Fiji, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Africa, and the USA.

Harcourts Expands Global Operations
Global real estate firm, Harcourts continues to expand their international operations, with the group experiencing significant growth in Hong Kong and the USA.
Tina Sander, Head of International for Harcourts, has recently visited the Harcourts teams in Hong Kong and the USA, and says that they are all showing significant signs of growth.
After coming on board earlier this year, Harcourts Hong Kong is officially launching the Harcourts brand and systems on the 16th of October with a recruitment event and brand conference to follow.

Imran Poladi Joins Harcourts USA
High profile Californian real estate professional, Imran Poladi has recently joined the Harcourts USA corporate team to manage the group’s franchise expansion alongside CEO, Aaron Hodson.
Formally a Team Leader and CEO with Keller Williams, one of the USA’s largest real estate networks, Imran has over 10 years of experience in the industry and has sold over 700 properties during his career.
In 2010, Imran was elected the Chairman of the Stockton Council (a division of the Central Valley Association of Realtors) leading nearly 2,000 realtors and was also awarded the honour of Realtor of the Year.
