Harcourts announced the launch of the eAgent app earlier this year at its annual conference on the Gold Coast and it has now been fully integrated into the group’s WA operations.
The app is a contact, task and listing management application that has been specifically designed to utilise the iPad’s functionality to make Harcourts agents more mobile and productive.
The primary features of eAgent include automatic reminders of current, future and outstanding contacts and tasks, a dashboard to track monthly and total contact targets, and contacts, tasks and notes that sync directly to the Harcourts One technology suite.
“eAgent is a great new product that will allow our sales team to be more productive while out and about in the field, and will help to minimise the amount of data that is lost while agents are out of the office,” said Stuart Cox, Chief Executive Officer of Harcourts Western Australia.
The launch of eAgent also provided Mr Cox the chance to have an in-depth training session with the group’s newest business owner, Tom Carlin.
Mr Carlin and fiancée, Amy Wallis, have launched Harcourts WA’s newest office, Harcourts Vogue in the southern Perth suburb of Success.
“I’m pleased to welcome a couple with such great credentials and ability, and I’m sure they are going to make an impact to our business very early on,” said Mr Cox.
