Harcourts Launches eAgent at Annual Conference
International real estate group, Harcourts launched its latest app for the iPad, eAgent, earlier this week at the group’s annual Australian conference on the Gold Coast.
eAgent is the fourth app released by Harcourts following the Mobile Agent app for the iPhone, and the eCampaign and eInspect apps for the iPad which were launched in 2010 and 2011.
The group’s latest iPad app is a contact, task and listing management application that has been specifically designed to utilise the iPad’s functionality to make Harcourts agents more mobile and more productive.
The primary features of eAgent include automatic reminders of current, future and outstanding contacts and tasks, a dashboard to track monthly and total contact targets, and contacts, tasks and notes that sync directly to the Harcourts One technology suite.
Gregg Toyama, Head of E-Business for Harcourts International, officially announced the launch of eAgent earlier this week at the annual Harcourts Conference.
“Here at Harcourts, we are committed to our mobile technology platform for two main reasons. Firstly, the enormous growth of mobile technology users – in the last three months alone, over 40 million mobile devices were sold across the globe.
“The second reason is that the latest evolution in mobile technology tools created an opportunity for us to design and deliver productivity tools to our team like our latest app, eAgent – that was not possible just a few years ago,” Mr Toyama said.
The eAgent app is the latest edition to Harcourts’ already impressive technology suite which includes next generation websites, the eCampaign application for the iPad, the Mobile Agent application for the iPad and iPhone, and the addition of QR Codes to the group’s marketing materials, amongst others.
