Harcourts Mt Gravatt – Holland Park Open for Business

Real estate office, Harcourts Mt Gravatt – Holland Park has officially opened its doors in Brisbane and business owners, Clive Wilder is looking forward to offering exceptional service and expertise within his local area.

After moving his existing real estate business to a more ideal location in Mt Gravatt, Mr Wilder made the decision to rebrand his office with Harcourts.

“We made the decision to join the Harcourts group as we were attracted to the brand name and its noticeability,” Mr Wilder said.

Prior to becoming a licenced real estate agent in 2004, Mr Wilder gained almost 14 years of paralegal experience in conveyancing and has worked around the fringes of real estate for most of his life.

“I’ve worked in and around real estate for the majority of my career, and am now excited to be part of Harcourts. Most of our current business is through repeat and referral clients, and we use limited advertising,” Mr Wilder said.

Although Mr Wilder now resides in Brisbane’s western suburbs, he was previously a Mt Gravatt/Holland Park local and has extensive knowledge and expertise of the local area.

“The property market in the Mt Gravatt – Holland Park area is currently fairly slow, like most areas in Brisbane. We’re looking forward to working harder and smarter in our market to deliver the best possible service and results to our clients,” Mr Wilder said.

Now that he has officially joined the Harcourts group, Mr Wilder has set himself and his business some ambitious goals.

“One of our primary goals is to increase the property management side of our business – I believe that property management is the backbone of any successful real estate business.

“I’d also like to grow and develop a successful sales team. Ideally I’d like to grow the sales business to a team of between four and six people,” Mr Wilder said.
