Ross Dowie, Northern Business Development Manager

Ross Dowie has recently re-joined the Harcourts team in the role of Northern Business Development Manager, looking after the 50+ offices and 500+ sales people in the Northern region.

Previously an owner of a national IT company, Ross joined the real estate industry in 1999 with Harcourts in Paraparaumu.  He enjoyed a successful career winning Rookie of the Year for the region, also taking out the same title on a national level, and placing him in the Top 20 Sales Consultants. 

After one year managing Remax on the Kapiti Coast,  Ross returned to Harcourts where his successful career in various sales management roles included part ownership and direct management of the multi-award winning Paraparaumu Branch enjoyed uninterrupted #1 market share month in month out for 7 years.

After a well deserved sabbatical, Ross made the move north to Auckland joining Bayleys as Regional Sales Manager.   Now again looking forward to being a part of a the largest real estate group’s strategy to dominate the Northern Region, he is back with Harcourts, and says he is really looking forward to meeting the many Business Owners, Managers and teams.

With his unstoppable enthusiasm, street savvy approach, vast experience and unique brand of creating success, his clear goal is to continue to assist everyone in the region be the absolute best they can be.
