Strong Growth Focus for Harcourts WA

Real estate group, Harcourts Western Australia are focusing on growth in 2012 and already have plans to open three new offices in strategic locations around the state.

Stuart Cox, Chief Executive Officer of Harcourts Western Australia, says that a number of potential business owners have shown a great deal of interest in joining the Harcourts brand.

“Growing and developing the Harcourts brand within Western Australia is a huge, ongoing focus for us.

“We’ve already been approached by several potential new business owners who are interested in aligning with Harcourts which is incredibly positive,” Mr Cox said.

According to Mr Cox, it is the systems and support services provided by Harcourts that attracts people to the business.

“The systems, support and training we provide are proving to be the key elements that attract potential business owners to Harcourts.

“The Harcourts Academy is a Registered Training Organisation which provides free training to all Harcourts staff, and this is a huge draw card for many.

“These facilities and support systems mean that business owners can service their clients in the best way possible without having to spend time trying to independently organise training and other necessary business services,” Mr Cox said.

“Over the past few years, the Harcourts brand has experienced exceptional growth in Western Australia. This growth is set to continue throughout 2012 which is incredibly exciting for our business,” Mr Cox continued.
