Last week, real estate group, Harcourts Victoria held its Quarterly Awards ceremony to celebrate the achievements of its highest performing Sales Consultants, Property Managers and sales offices for the October to December 2011 quarter.
Throughout the event, which was held at the International of Brighton in Melbourne, achievement awards were given to a number of new and existing Sales Consultants and offices from around the state.
20 top Sales Consultants were awarded for their achievements over the quarter. The top five Sales Consultants included John Garnett of Harcourts Boronia who took out first place, followed by Shane Donovan of Harcourts Carrum Downs, Aarryn Cooper of Harcourts Cranbourne, Peter Burley of Harcourts Ballarat and Michael Spring of Harcourts Langwarrin.
Sales office, Harcourts Frankston were honoured for their efforts by achieving first place in the Top Office Gross Revenue category, while Harcourts Ballarat took out second place, and Harcourts Carrum Downs were awarded third place.
Top offices in several other categories including Property Management, Property Management Business Development, Auctions and Sales were also awarded for their results and efforts throughout the quarter.
Brent Pullar, Chief Executive Officer of Harcourts Victoria, acknowledges that, even in uncertain times, the team at Harcourts Victoria continue to perform and produce high-level results.
“It is no secret that the property market within Victoria has presented some challenges however our team has continued to perform at the top of their game.
“I am inspired and extremely proud of our fantastic sales consultants, property managers and offices. Their achievements are a testament to the amount of hard work, dedication, passion and enthusiasm that they put in on a daily basis,” Mr Pullar said.
