NZ Real Estate Scholarship opens the door to more jobs

Press Release: Harcourts Foundation
Seventeen charitable organisations from around New Zealand have benefited from the ninth round of the Harcourts Foundation funding, a charity set up by Harcourts Real Estate Group to provide support that helps, grows and enriches our communities.
This round’s $30,133 was spread over the country with five successful recipients from Auckland, three based in the central North Island, five from Wellington and four in Christchurch.
The largest grant of $10,900 was made to Mike Gorman of the Christchurch City Mission by Harcourts Grenadier Real Estate’s Robert McCormack.
“Our fellow Cantabrians could do with a lot more money at this time but I know Mike and the team at the Christchurch City Mission are very grateful. This money would’ve helped to fill up the shelves at a time when they’ve experienced increased demand due to the earthquakes,” says Robert McCormack

Harcourts’ Eastbourne-Based Franchise Honoured
Harcourts’ Eastbourne-based franchise is being honoured with recognition of the company’s 20 year membership of the Harcourts Group.
Team Eastbourne Limited, which is based at 1 Rimu Street, was one of the first companies to acquire a Harcourts franchise when Harcourts Group Limited first introduced the franchise model in New Zealand.
A special event is being held at the premises on Monday April 4th to commemorate this achievement.
Business Owner, Mary Greig-Clayton has a legendary reputation in the Eastbourne region and has been a passionate advocate of the Harcourts brand for the last 31 years.
The daughter of a prominent Wellington engineer, it was while studying for a psychology degree at Victoria University that seeds of the Harcourts connection were sown. Mary then launched her career with Harcourts in April 1979 and took ownership of Harcourts Eastbourne in 1991.
The office has since gone from strength to strength, winning the…
