Successful Harcourts’ franchise Cooper & Co Real Estate Ltd is increasing its operation to 11 offices across the North Shore by acquiring Concept Realty Ltd, which currently operates three Harcourts offices in the area.
Cooper & Co Principal Officer and Managing Director Martin Cooper says the purchase, which officially occurs on 1 November, coincides with the retirement of the owner of Concept Realty Ltd, Margaret Collings.
