The face of real estate in Waverley is changing as two major companies, Harcourts Glen Waverley and Judd White Real Estate, are merging to form one of the region’s largest agencies.
Harcourt Glen Waverley, named Harcourts Victoria’s number one auction office for 2011/2012, have merged with Judd White Real Estate, one of the most well-known and highly respected brands in the area, servicing the City of Monash for over 35 years.
The merger will establish Harcourts Judd White as one of the region’s largest and most experienced real estate groups with around 2,000 properties under their property management division and a sales team with over 180 years in total combined experience.

Harcourts Opens for Business in Warragul
Real estate office, Harcourts has officially opened its doors in the Victorian town of Warragul and business owners, Evan Broadbent, and Brian and Pauline Soutar are looking forward to offering exceptional service and expertise within their local area.
The trio have been part of the Harcourts group since early 2010 after rebranding their sales offices in Drouin and Bunyip, and have combined real estate experience totalling over 50 years.
“We made the decision to rebrand our office with Harcourts in 2010 mainly due to the company’s culture, technologies and training facilities. It’s a dynamic company that really stands out from the rest,” Mr Broadbent said.

Real estate office, Harcourts Mt Gravatt – Holland Park has officially opened its doors in Brisbane and business owners, Clive Wilder is looking forward to offering exceptional service and expertise within his local area.
