Mike has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is the former owner of Harcourts franchise, Mike Green Real Estate Ltd (Auckland).

Paul has invested over 25 years in growing Harcourts. His drive and enthusiasm has been pivotal in the successful expansion of the Group.

Gilbert is a highly skilled practitioner who has worked on performance enhancement for over 20 years with many of our corporate and sporting elite including Harcourts.

Irene takes responsibility for the vision, strategic progress and ongoing development of Harcourts academy internationally.

Steffi joined Harcourts International Limited as Chief Financial Officer in early 2012 and is responsible for all finance, treasury, legal and company secretarial matters across the group internationally.

Gregg heads up Harcourts eBusiness which focuses on developing and delivering eBusiness tools, services and products that assist Harcourts Business Owners to recruit and retain great people and Sales Consultants to increase their productivity and profile.

Jason's key responsibilities include the international overview, development, and implementation of technology for the Harcourts group of companies.

As Head of Marketing, Katie takes on the responsibility for the Harcourts group of brands internationally.

Since commencing with Harcourts in 2006, Tina has operated in a variety of roles, constantly developing and evolving within the company.
