New Zealand Team

The New Zealand team is responsible for the strategic direction of Harcourts nationally. This includes the delivery of support services to franchisees, business development, training, administration, finance, marketing and event management.

Chris Kennedy

Chief Executive Officer

Chris was appointed to the role of CEO for Harcourts NZ in November 2015, having worked for the company for 23 years. He is extremely proud to lead a company with a high-standing and proud history and is extremely passionate about taking the company to the next level.

Niina Suhonen

General Manager

As General Manager, Niina plays a key leadership role in ensuring that our people and culture thrive, that we are agile in our response to challenges and opportunities and that we manage change in our business effectively.

Gabrielle Ellett

Growth Manager

Gabrielle applies her considerable experience, across recruitment and real estate, to her role as Harcourts New Zealand Growth Manager, focusing on implementing best practice recruitment methodologies within the group at a corporate and franchise level.

Claire Wright

Northern Region Business Development Manager

In her role as Northern Business Development Manager Claire works closely with business owners to ensure their ongoing growth and success. Claire has a thorough understanding of Harcourts having worked in several other roles within the company, including as a business operations manager.

Carol Benny

Operations Manager - Property Management

Carol’s extensive experience includes managing a highly successful property management division, while building the property management suite of resources within Harcourts.

Chris Brearley

Northern Regional Manager

Chris Brearley is Harcourts New Zealand’s Northern Regional Manager. In this role Chris works closely with our Northern Region businesses to ensure their continued success through full utilisation of the skills and services offered by the Harcourts corporate team.

Annah Duncan

National Events Manager

Annah joined the Harcourts New Zealand Team in 2012 as the Conference Co-ordinator and developed into the role of Special Projects and Events.

Tina Fowler

Business Operations Manager

Tina is thrilled to be part of the Harcourts team, partnering in the Business Operations Manager role. Prior to joining Harcourts, Tina worked with another real estate brand where she managed various projects as well as delivering technical training and support to the network.

Robyn Martin

Academy Manager Northern and Central Regions

Robyn Martin is the Academy Manager for the Northern and Central Regions, responsible for training new and experienced sales consultants within the Harcourts Group with the skills necessary to be the very best in real estate.

Andrew Simich

Professional development and Academy manager

Andrew brings a huge passion for real estate and for fine tuning the sales process to his role as professional development and Academy manager.

Vanessa Balfour

Business Operations Manager

Vanessa brings a wealth of experience to her role as business operations manager, including more than 13 years in the real estate industry across sales, technical training, support, and operations management. A licensed agent under the REAA 2008, Vanessa is passionate the real estate industry and loves working with the whole Harcourts team around the country.

Sharon Morey

Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, Sharon based in the Auckland Regional Office and brings with her ten years in real estate marketing including two years working for an advertising agency in Sydney
