Starting out in the industry as a commercial/industrial sales consultant, Hayden has gained considerable knowledge and experience as he has progressed, becoming a real estate auctioneer, trainer, general manager/franchise owner and national auction manager/chief auctioneer before being appointed CEO of Harcourts New Zealand in June 2010.

Now responsible for the leadership of New Zealand’s largest real estate group, Hayden is a youthful and energetic real estate professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills, a passion for people and the real estate industry, a considerable network and an established national profile.

A rising star in the industry, who as an auctioneer has been involved in more than $4.5 billion worth of real estate transactions, Hayden works alongside Chief Operations Officer Jo Clifford and together with her manages the Harcourts New Zealand corporate team.

Jo-Anne has also played an integral role in the growth and development of Harcourts’ residential property management division and remains a vital member of Harcourts’ International Limited’s senior management team.

Previously Executuve Director of Harcourts, since mid 2010 Paul is now Chairman of the Harcourts International Board.   Along with Mike Green, Paul is one of two owners of Harcourts International Ltd.

Having started out in real estate as a rural sales consultant and auctioneer, during his career Bryan has also worked as a branch manager and gained considerable experience in franchise development, training and business consultancy.

With Harcourts since 1998 Bryan has held a number of senior roles within the group, including being CEO of Harcourts New Zealand for eight years being appointed in April 2010 to the new role of Head of Real Estate Operations for Harcourts Australasia, with responsibility for the strategic direction and growth of the Harcourts group throughout New Zealand, Fiji and Australia.

Still a shareholder and director of Harcourts New Zealand, the former award-winning auctioneer’s diverse knowledge and experience along with his wide range of skills are a valuable asset to Harcourts’ focus on growth in Australasia and he is a key member of the Harcourts International senior management team.

Gilbert has been a highly sought after figure by the All Blacks, the Canterbury Crusaders Super Rugby Team, the Silver Ferns Netball Team, and the New Zealand Cricket Team over recent years as well as some of New Zealand’s top CEOs and business people.

Gilbert is a highly skilled practitioner who has worked on performance enhancement for over 20 years with many of our corporate and sporting elite including Harcourts. As General Manager he works closely with Harcourts’ CEOs throughout Australasia as well on a strategic level to drive Harcourts’ international growth.

The driving force behind the RTO in Australia, with a diploma in teaching and qualifications in advanced presentation skills, communication and leadership, Irene takes responsibility for the vision, strategic progress and ongoing development of Harcourts academy internationally.

Prior to joining Harcourts, Steffi worked for Flight Centre Limited for almost five years in various senior finance roles across Asia and the global corporate businesses. Prior to this, she was a Client Director with Deloitte supporting large and small fast growing businesses in Sydney and Brisbane.

Steffi qualified as an accountant in the UK in 2002, is currently studying an MBA with the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

As Operations Manager of Harcourts Group Australia, Marcus is responsible for the growth, management and profitability of Harcourts’ business operations throughout Australia.

Working directly with the Australian state CEOs, Marcus’ objective is to ensure Harcourts continues to increase its market coverage and market share across Australia.

Marcus also works directly with the leaders of Harcourts’ various brands and business units across Australia including Landmark Harcourts and Harcourts Complete, as well as the events and communications functions, to drive results in these areas.
