He with a partner then went on to take their own office to the #1 office in the State. In 1992 Gregg teamed up with David Pilling and under The Systems Revolution consulted and trained with many leading Real Estate groups throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Then from 1994 to 2000 Gregg worked as Director of Strategic Developments for the Ray White Real Estate group and formed part of a team that was responsible to sustain and grow that network throughout Australasia.
In 2001 he moved to the US to be Director of Strategic Developments for Prudential California Realty, which was the 4th largest Real Estate in the US with over 4,000 agents.
In 2006 Gregg moved back to Australia to Head up Harcourts eBusiness which focuses on developing and delivering eBusiness tools, services and products that assist Harcourts Business Owners to recruit and retain great people and Sales Consultants to increase their productivity and profile.
