Now focused on management and business development, over the years Jo-Anne has been instrumental in driving Harcourts’ strategic business planning, systems, training and technology, and as a past Northern Regional Manager she played a key role in growing Harcourts marketshare in Auckland.
Jo-Anne has also played an integral role in the growth and development of Harcourts’ residential property management division and remains a vital member of Harcourts’ International Limited’s senior management team.
